Kamikazee as the front act on Simple Plan live in Manila last January 12, 2012.

I think it was my first time to see them live and can I say that they are hilarious! HAHA but it was fun :)

January 12, 2012 – I watched Simple Plan at SMART Araneta Coliseum. I almost cry to see those guys again, I first saw them last 2005 at The Fort Open Grounds then I missed their 2008 concert on Araneta because I was busy with college by then and it was August 4, I regret that ok?!) but I’m happy as I saw them again this year (my first concert for 2012). It was always an amazing experience because I love them. HAHA

Can I say that they never changed? They still play just like before and I know that they are still the boys that I used to listen 10 years ago. I may not see them that close or hug each one of them but seriously I used to listen to them since the release of No Pads, No Helmets Just Balls until now (tho I didn’t like the 3^rd self titled album) but having Get You Heart On! Album is almost a comeback for the boys.

I was in the lower box area 2^nd row to be exact and the group of girls on the first row was never tired of waving the glow stick back and forth that they’re holding good thing only few people are on the next section almost the side of the stage almost the same position I was when I watched All Time Low but there are disadvantage on that area like you cannot hear clearly what they are saying because you are already behind the speakers but it was amazing. So back on the Simple Plan concert, I excused myself and leave the designated seat that I have because the girt in front of me will surely hit my face once she wave harder that glow stick (glow stick on my face?! No way! And for me to pay 3,200PHP (72$) and I will just be hitted by a glow stick?! Wth and for me not to kill her enjoyment I leave my seat) so when I leave my seat I go to the aisle and stand there the whole time tho I waited for the usherettes to disappear because they will make me go back to my seat. So yeah, good view and I’ll share more photos soon and a gif file and videos.

Same live performance …. I will forever love them …

FOR REAL?! OMG TIME TO COLLECT !!!! ›

I have one pair of docs and here’s the story behind that pair … hihi and if this is true .. (well I think Docs are really coming in Manila) I need to save something for more DM!!!! Ever since I love wearing boots, when I was in grade school I remember I was looking for a boots or a simple high cut black shoes and it will be my school shoes.

but in high school Converse high cut was so famous and everyone got one including me, then in college high cut is still enjoying his fame … and girls are mostly wearing heels …. I’m not the type of girl who can wear heels all the time but I like wearing heels once in a while :)

then .. I started to notice docs on Avril and Hayley … then Saab Magalona started to wear them last year (?) and I fell in love with it . <3

Also, if you are always watching Showtime sometimes Anne Curtis wear DM too and last but not the least Vice Ganda is also a fan of doc martens :)

and .. if this is true more people will be having their docs and it will kill the stereotyping here in the Philippines that you can’t wear boots in here . HAHA when I’m wearing my docs some people will ask me “is it raining?” and when I wore my snow boots last Tuesday someone ask me “is it snowing?” LOL.

HAHA I don’t care about you! but docs are so comfy so as my snow boots. HAHA

one problem … how much it will cost if it will be available in here? probably 7,000 - 8,000 because in Singapore and in Hong Kong the price starts at 6,000 … OH NO … but HELL YES for Doc Martens in the Philippines! :)
