I love you guys and I’m 99.9% sure that they there will be no chance for them to see this but this is my Simple Plan appreciation post. Thank You guys you’ve been a big help to me and love you too! My best friend and I got these done on December 28th, 2011. The top is mine, the bottom is hers. This was taken just a couple hours after we walked out of the shop.
Normally, I’m not a huge fan of “matching” tattoos. But we have been through hell and back, more than anyone will ever realize, and when everything always falls apart, or we hit rock bottom, the other was always there to reach out a hand, even when nothing else was left. I have saved her life, and she’s saved mine. We live halfway across the country from each other now, me in Colorado and her in Pennsylvania, and we’re closer than ever. Both of us went back to our hometown for the holidays. She paid for these as my Christmas present and I couldn’t have been happier. I remember the phonecall I got from her saying, “So… Merry Christmas. We’re getting matching tattoos.” :) We debated nonstop for those few days about what to get, and finally, I had decided on those lyrics from the song “Dig” by Incubus, because it’s something we used to play for each other when we needed a pick me up. The font is in the same style as Tim Burton’s “The Nightmare Before Christmas”, also symbolic, since that was the topic of our very first conversation ever. This is my second tattoo, and her third.
Maybe it’s because I have a high pain tolerance, but the spot we picked surprisingly didn’t hurt nearly as much as I thought it would!
It was just an amazing experience and every time I look at my arm now, I smile.
These were done at Old Tyme Tattoo in Titusville, Florida, by Camron Austin. Good guy and an even better artist. :)
now, I miss my best friend … ;)
Whatever, I lost respect to some people and once it was lost I never regain it back.
So whatever those people say I just let them feel good for letting out what they want to say even though they mean something more than what they say.
“Don’t let anyone ruin your day”.
NO to bad vibes, good thing I can control myself now than usual. ;)
You don’t need to fit in, you need to be unique in your own little way.
I feel better. thanks for the random music played on the radio ☺
In some days, in the middle of nowhere you will just miss a certain person . </3
